Hello, I am Benjamin Hlakudi and joined Pam Golding Properties as a candidate property practitioner in 2019. I specialise in residential properties in North Riding, Bloubosrand, Kya Sand and Lion Park.
My passion for sales started while at high school but had to start in the corporate environment to complete my tertiary studies. I learnt a lot about customer services that has come in handy in dealing with sellers and buyers. My experience as an account executive has taught me to be a contractor with a high work ethic able to work independently.
I believe in addition to a strong company brand, a great agent that one can entrust to manage a smooth property transaction is worth more to both sellers and buyers. While the process of selling and buying property can be such an emotional one, there is nothing fulfilling as words of gratitude from the parties as to the smooth journey enjoyed throughout the transaction.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading motivational books as well as watching soccer. Both help in relieving pressure and prepare me for the challenges that come with the environment.
