I am Chris Santos and I am dedicated to servicing the rental division of the Fourways lifestyle estates of Dainfern, Fourways Gardens and Cedar Lakes.
Although I have been in real estate for only a short period of time, I have grown rapidly in the industry, earning a reputation for understanding my clients’ wants and needs with precision. My ability to cater to these needs has allowed me to service clients consistently, making their big real estate decisions that much easier.
I live my life being as authentic as possible by showing up and being true to myself, rather than putting up a facade to simply try and garner business and I believe this to be my biggest strength. My focus is always long term and I want my clients to trust me to make the best decisions for them because of this.
Beyond real estate, I have a deep passion for sports and continue to play socially to stay active and maintain my competitive edge that refuses to die. I do enjoy watching sports, appreciating the strategy, skill, mental fortitude and the excitement that each unique moment brings. On the creative side, I enjoy cooking meals for friends and family as there was always home cooked food at every social gathering as I grew up. Music is another one of my greatest escapes as it's ability to connect people and evoke emotion is something I truly find fascinating.
