Hi, I’m Belinda.
My journey in real estate has been incredibly rewarding. Working in rentals has taught me that every day brings something different, new people, new challenges and new opportunities to find the right solution. It is a fast paced environment that requires resilience, organisation, good people skills and the ability to think on your feet, all qualities that I genuinely enjoy putting into practice.
Before entering real estate, I spent many years in the corporate world across sales, marketing and management. I also have a strong creative side, with years of experience in home renovations and transforming interior and exterior spaces. These experiences have given me a natural appreciation for property and, more importantly, an understanding that a home needs to work for the people living in it.
I love helping tenants find a home that feels right for their lifestyle, while also helping landlords understand what today’s tenants are looking for and how to position their property successfully in the market.
Today, as a Rental Property Specialist with Pam Golding Properties Fourways Rentals, I focus on executive rentals and relocation, working with professionals, corporate clients, relocation consultants and expatriate families, as well as landlords looking for quality tenants and a professional rental experience.
I am driven by results, positive in my approach and committed to giving every client the time, attention and service they deserve. I believe that good relationships are at the heart of successful real estate, and I take great pride in being someone my clients can rely on.
I am a fully qualified real estate professional, holding my NQF4 and PDE in Real Estate, and I am incredibly proud of the recognition I have received along the way. In 2025, I was awarded Gauteng Regional Second Runner-Up – Rentals Agent of the Year (by Value). In 2026, I have received Excellence Awards for both Q1 and Q2, as well as being recognised as Rental Agent of the Quarter for Fourways for both Q1 and Q2.
For me, real estate is not simply about finding a property or placing a tenant. It is about listening, understanding what people need and then going the extra mile to make it happen.
