Sue Rosenberg is a residential property specialist with more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has been with Pam Golding Properties since 2002. She specialises in residential property in Clovelly, Kalk Bay and St James on the Cape Peninsula, bringing extensive local knowledge, professional experience and a strong commitment to client service to every transaction.
Sue began her real estate career in 1998 and has built a long standing career around helping buyers and sellers navigate some of the most important property decisions of their lives. She holds an NQF4 real estate qualification as well as a UCT Sectional Title Specialist Diploma, giving her additional specialist knowledge in sectional title property.
Sue works in partnership with Laura Alan, and together they have received numerous recognitions through Pam Golding Properties. Most notably, they were awarded Gold Club National Agents of the Year in their category for the 2023/2024 period.
For Sue, successful real estate is about much more than completing a transaction. Buying or selling a property can be an important personal and financial milestone, and she believes clients should feel supported, informed and valued throughout the process.
She takes pride in being available to her clients throughout the transaction, from the conclusion of the sale through to registration and beyond. Her approach is based on building lasting relationships, understanding individual needs and making the property journey as clear, positive and rewarding as possible.
Sue's knowledge of Clovelly, Kalk Bay and St James gives her a genuine appreciation of the distinctive character and lifestyle of these Cape Peninsula communities. She enjoys helping buyers understand not only the property they are considering, but also the area and lifestyle that come with it.
Away from real estate, Sue is passionate about travel and has explored destinations around the world, with a particular love for Italy, Renaissance art and architecture. She also enjoys sailing and has island hopped through the Caribbean, as well as spending time with a good book or walking her dog along Noordhoek Beach.
