Carly Jack is an award winning residential property specialist with Pam Golding Properties, working across the South Peninsula from Noordhoek to Glencairn and beyond. A lifelong Deep South local, Carly brings genuine knowledge of the area together with an international background in private estate management, luxury island charters and property development.
Carly joined Pam Golding Properties specialising in residential property rentals across the South Peninsula. Her career has already been recognised at both regional and national level, with Pam Golding Properties naming her the 2026 National Rookie of the Year Winner and the 2026 Western Cape Regional Rookie Agent of the Year Winner.
Before returning to South Africa, Carly spent many years abroad managing private estates and luxury island charters before building a boutique property development company in Europe. These experiences shaped her approach to property, giving her a strong appreciation for service, quality spaces, attention to detail and the importance of understanding what makes a home work for the people who live in it.
Today, Carly works with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the Southern Peninsula. Her current property work spans areas including Noordhoek, Fish Hoek, Simon's Town and surrounding coastal communities, with a particular focus on residential rentals.
Growing up in the Deep South has given Carly a personal connection to the area and its communities. She understands the appeal of the Southern Peninsula lifestyle, from its coastal setting and outdoor spaces to its relaxed community atmosphere, and enjoys helping clients find homes that fit both their practical needs and the way they want to live.
Carly believes that property is ultimately about people. Whether helping a landlord find the right tenant, a tenant find the right home, or a buyer or seller navigate a property transaction, she brings a personal approach shaped by years of working in service led environments.
Outside property, Carly enjoys exploring South Africa, spending time by the ocean and making the most of the outdoors with her family. She is passionate about the Deep South and considers it a privilege to help others make this part of Cape Town their home.
