Good day, I’m Mandy de Beyer and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 15 May 2007. I specialise in residential sales in East London. I started my real estate career in 2000 and owned my own real estate company which I ran till 2002. I was very privileged to join the Pam Golding Properties Group in 2007. I have obtained my NQF level 4 in Real Estate. I have been working for the past 10 years in the East London area. In May 2013, February 2015, July 2015 and February 2016 I received recognition for High Value sales. I recently achieved a sale in Selborne for R3550 000.00 which is the second highest sale amount in the area for 2015.

In 2016 I sold two houses in Vincent Heights which both sold in the first week. I have recently sold two houses in Beacon Bay which both sold in two weeks. I have an absolute passion for property and people. My career is not only about selling houses but fulfilling my buyers and sellers dreams and aspirations. There is no greater reward than finding a family their dream home.

As an agent you embark on a journey with your clients, guiding them through the bond process, transfer process to handing over of the keys. Every single registered sale has a special memory for me and I cherish every single one of my clients. I have been very privileged to sell some of East London’s most beautiful homes. I have also met some wonderful people in my real estate career. I am extremely grateful for all the opportunities that have come my way.

I approach everyday with enthusiasm and one thing I know for sure is “I am living my dream”. When I am not working, I am either training for a marathon or supporting my sons alongside the rugby field, swimming pool and water polo games.
