Hi, I’m William Fraser and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in farm sales in residential and commercial properties in the Dullstroom area. I have a sound knowledge of this area and what it has to offer in terms of the country living, weather, nature, tranquillity and the rolling hills covered in mist that Dullstroom is known for. My clients property investment in this country style living is my number one priority as well as granting them the necessary respect in either selling or purchasing a property.
I am a fully qualified estate agent and have successfully obtained my NQF4 qualification as well as achieving a Certificate in Advanced Property Marketing. In addition to that I have also completed a 1 year Interior Design course at Intec College. I have been in real estate for the past 15 years and have a natural flair for the property industry. The abundance of gorgeous properties in Dullstroom and my love for all things beautiful makes it easy for me to get out of bed in the mornings and to strive for excellence each day.
My love for people and excellent communication skills contribute to my success as a property professional. Over the years I have received numerous achievements including being awarded with the 2nd Most Units Sold Certificate, Highest Rand Value Commission Certificate, Top 10 Gold Club Certificate, 3rd Highest Commission Earned Certificate, Gold Club status in 2014 and various Chairman’s awards.
In my spare time I enjoy interior decorating and flower arranging. I have owned a florist shop as well as being a co-owner of two successful restaurants in Dullstroom. I also enjoy spending my free time riding horses, cycling, cooking and spending quality time with close friends and family, enjoying food and a good glass of wine.
