Hi, I am Peter Spencer and I have been working for Pam Golding Properties in the City Bowl and City Centre for the past 26 years. I hold my BComm and HDE obtained through the University of Cape Town.
I specialise in property sales of apartments and new developments, my areas of focus are Gardens, Tamboerskloof, Vredehoek, Oranjezicht, Higgovale as well the Central City. The City Bowl has a wide assortment of tantalising restaurants, shops and galleries on offer which makes for an interesting and varied cosmopolitan lifestyle.
