Hello, my name is Sam, and I’m proud to be a candidate FFC estate agent with Pam Golding Properties. My professional background is rooted in the petrochemical industry, where I spent my working life building a career based on discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving — skills that translate perfectly into the property market.
I hold a B Tech in Chemical Engineering, but property has always been my true passion. Over the years, I’ve actively bought and sold properties as part of my own investment strategy, giving me first-hand insight into what buyers and sellers value most. Like many of you, I’ve been captivated by the world of property through TV shows on home design, renovations, and flips — and this has only strengthened my enthusiasm for helping others achieve their own property goals.
Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in balance and energy. I enjoy going to the gym, running, and occasionally brushing up on my golf game, which helps me stay focused and motivated.
