Kenton on Sea has become my home town as I have lived here for 38 years and it has been a wonderful place to raise 3 children. I have moved from farmer’s wife to Housewife to Purveyor of Fine meat but working for Pam Golding Properties as a Sales Agent for the past 25 years in this beautiful coastal town has been the most rewarding, giving me the time “to be” and appreciate what the area offers.
I have also had the experience of being a Municipal Councillor for 10 years. This time taught me a great deal about my town and the wider community, all of whom I can communicate with freely as I am well known and speak the 3 local languages. I feel that all of this has qualified me to be an Area Specialist with extensive knowledge of changing property trends and the local legislation that goes with that. I make a point of keeping up with current affairs in our wonderful country. This does help me to understand a changing scenario that impacts on client’s attitudes and needs.
When I’m not attending to my clients I enjoy playing Tennis and play a leading role in the local Club. My husband and I have a love of the great outdoors and hiking and travelling extensively in South Africa and neighbouring countries has widened our horizons and given us an understanding of what happens in the rest of South Africa.
I passed the original Board Exam (CEA) and have completed both the NQF4 and PDE qualifications.
