Hello, I am Melissa Slabber, Assistant Rental Manager for the Boland, Overberg and Cape Metro regions at Pam Golding Properties.
I joined Pam Golding Properties in 2015 and have developed extensive experience in residential rentals and property management. My career began in frontline rental operations, where I built trusted relationships with landlords and tenants and gained a thorough understanding of the rental journey, from property procurement and market related rental valuations to tenant placement, lease administration and ongoing property management.
Today, I support and guide rental teams across the Boland, Overberg and Cape Metro. My role includes developing rental agents, improving operational standards and helping our teams deliver consistent, professional service to landlords and tenants throughout the Western Cape.
Having worked directly with rental clients for many years, I understand the practical challenges faced by landlords, tenants and property practitioners. This experience allows me to lead with insight, provide hands on support and help our rental teams find practical solutions while maintaining the high standards associated with Pam Golding Properties.
I am a Full Status Property Practitioner registered with the PPRA. My previous achievements include multiple regional runner up awards for rental units and rental value, as well as GoldClub recognition.
I am passionate about people, professional development and creating rental experiences built on integrity, clear communication and genuine care.
