Hi, I’m Arno de Wit and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since September 2008. I specialize in residential property rentals in the City Bowl and De Waterkant. I am a qualified NQF4, PPRE Real Estate agent and also hold a Business Management Diploma obtained from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

I have 15 years experience in the real estate industry, where initially I was involved in buying, renovating and selling old homes. I then gradually moved into the rental side of the industry due to various overseas friends requesting my help to manage their rental properties on their behalf. This initiated my decision to start my own private rental company in 2004. I later joined Pam Golding Properties in 2008 and have 11 years business experience in the City Bowl and De Waterkant areas. I have grown my portfolio from 1 single property to around 150 managed residential properties to date.

I enjoy the quick moving nature of the industry, especially working in the City Bowl with its high rental demand. It is a very competitive market, but I enjoy testing myself in such an environment.

Being a landlord myself, I understand the stress that comes from owning an investment property, I pride myself in offering my clients the type of service that I would expect as a landlord.

I love to travel abroad to discover and experience new countries, foods, cultures and meeting new interesting people in the process. I am an energetic, goal driven, patient and calm and controlled individual. I enjoy a game of golf, trying to keep fit by making time for regular weekly workouts. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends over weekends.
