Hello, I am James Young. I have been with Pam Golding Properties since January 2024. I specialise in residential rentals in Camps Bay, Llandudno and Clifton as well as holiday rentals across the Cape.  

 

I am young, driven and enthusiastic. I believe that a sense of humour combines well with a sense of purpose.

 

Growing up, I spent time with my father, a property valuer in the commercial and industrial sectors, which sparked my initial interest in property. Through this journey, I realised that real estate was my ideal path, blending my love for interacting with people and my passion for properties. 

 

I enjoy working in property as it allows me to meet people from all walks of life, each with their own unique stories, beliefs, and backgrounds. As a people person, I am able to communicate easily and listen attentively, making each interaction meaningful.  

 

Outside of work, I am an avid carpenter and enjoy rock climbing and camping—embracing the great outdoors wherever possible.
