Hello, I am Sas Bronn
Evolving from game farmer in Limpopo to something more exiting, I relocated to Pretoria in 2004 where I endeavoured my best efforts in construction and completed several up-market home developments.
I fell in love with the Bronkhortsbaai dam on a fist visit and decided to establish myself here where I could enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of a permanent holiday setting, not realising Bronkhorstspruit would explode as a major growth area in a couple of years with several huge developments in mining and the construction of the Khusile Power Plant.
Opportunities in the property market knocked from all sides and I could not resist the offer from Pam Golding Properties to join their tremendous team of Professional Estate Consultants. I knew I could excel as an agent with their great support structure, systems and my personal abilities.
It was daunting to go back to studying for my professional certification, but I have grown and found a new “passionate me” who benefitted tremendously from the power of knowledge in real estate. Continuous learning is my aim, although I studied marketing after school, I realised that I have to keep abreast with new technology and trends, so it’s back to the books for me. I hope to establish the Bronkhorstspruit Office as the leading Brand in the area with an elect team of highly motivated and professional agents, and endeavor to reach Gold Club status this year.
I have managed to sell most of the undeveloped land around the dam and are involved with several new exiting developments here. Recently I have proven the perception that the market is static and completely wrong by selling some of the stock that has been on our books for a very long time.
I am exhilarated in finding real estate gems and presenting those life enhancing opportunities to my clients and seeing them win. I love the sight of a changed man or woman walking prouder, speaking louder and seeing a better future when they become property owners.
Living at the Bronkhorstbaai dam allows me to do water sport, fishing and photography on a daily basis. I have recently bought an original Chevy Biscayne ’59 and it just puts a smile on my face driving around with my arm in the window listening to the roar of the engine. Game and conservation are very close to my heart and I am involved in the breeding of exotic game. My first born grandchildren; - identical twins are a joy, and with a third grandchild coming soon, you could not find a happier grandfather.
