Hi, I am Ronèl Walters.
Having been a resident at the Bronkhorstspruit Dam for 34 years and being involved in various community forums in the surrounding areas, I look forward to introducing potential buyers to our beautiful area and assist sellers concluding a successful sale.
I love to build lasting relationships and am always willing to walk the extra mile. I believe a house is a home and settling in the right area offers the best environment for families to grow and prosper.
After graduating from university, I joined the Development Bank of Southern Africa focusing on development projects in neighbouring states. I married a property developer and together we started our family business in low-cost housing and government development projects such as schools, sport stadiums and infrastructure.
We then expanded our business to include entertainment and function venues at Centurion and the Bronkhorstspruit dam. In 2003 we settled at the Bronkhorstspruit dam and started the residential development known as Kungwini Country Estates. Since then, I have been actively involved in the property industry representing the developer and attending to Estate Administration.
I am the proud mother of 3 beautiful children, 3 grandchildren and another one on the way. I am also a Herbalife lifestyle coach and love to help people become the best, healthy version of themselves. I love arranging events like market days, ladies’ days and family events to connect our community and being now full time back in the property market, I look forward to continue serving my community connecting sellers and buyers and to welcome new families to our beautiful area.
