Donna Lee Tallie is a St Helena Bay property specialist with Pam Golding Properties and has called St Helena Bay home for 25 years.
Originally from Cape Town, Donna Lee first discovered the West Coast while visiting family and quickly fell in love with St Helena Bay and its unique coastal lifestyle. What began as a visit became a permanent home and a deep connection to the local community.
Donna Lee brings a diverse property background to her work. Her experience includes project managing new builds and renovations, as well as running guesthouses on the prestigious Golden Mile. This has given her practical insight into properties, renovations, presentation and the many considerations that can influence a property decision.
Today, Donna Lee assists buyers and sellers with property in St Helena Bay and the surrounding West Coast area. Her current areas of focus include St Helena Bay, Shelley Point, Britannia Bay and St Helena Views.
She believes that understanding a property is only part of the process. Understanding the people, their priorities and the lifestyle they are looking for is equally important. Her approach is personal, attentive and rooted in genuine local knowledge.
Donna Lee is passionate about the community in which she lives. Her involvement has included running a neighbourhood security group, chairing a police forum, supporting and promoting local small businesses and participating in outreach initiatives focused on community wellbeing and animal welfare.
She has a deep love and respect for the ocean, nature and the West Coast environment. Her connection to St Helena Bay is therefore not simply professional. It is personal, built over 25 years of living in the area and being part of its community.
