Hello, I’m Melissa Smit, and I have been specialising in residential sales in Protea Heights, Brackenfell since 2016. During my free time, I enjoy going on leisurely road trips with my pets in tow and pursuing my passion for landscape photography in the beautiful Western Cape surroundings.
Before joining the captivating world of real estate, I had practiced as a corporate immigration specialist where I assisted foreign nationals relocating to South Africa. Immigration is a very personal process for the individual, as it consists of moving one’s entire life from one country to the next, including finding a new and appropriate home in which to settle. I quickly discovered that this was an aspect of my work that I thoroughly enjoy.
Consequently, the move to real estate was a natural progression, as I realised that as an agent I could continue to add value to clients by helping them navigate through the process of selling and buying their homes. It is immensely rewarding for me to know that I make a positive contribution to the lives of my clients.
