Greetings from Gaborone. I am Roweena and I help my clients make tough yet well informed decisions with regards to buying, selling or leasing any type of property.

I started my career in Real Estate in 2008 and have been a proud PGP Consultant for over 10 years.

I moved from Mauritius to Botswana in 2002 and after completing my Degree in Business Management at the University of Botswana, I joined a Real Estate firm known as Stocker Fleetwood-Bird which later on bought the Pam Golding Properties Franchise in Gaborone. I have enjoyed working for this remarkable brand since then.

I love helping my clients achieve their dreams whether it’s buying or selling. I love being that intensely a part of people’s lives and helping them make life changing decisions.

I love that I am forever learning. Every real estate transaction is different. I love waking up to a new adventure every day.

I love when a house is the perfect fit for a buyer and getting a great offer for a seller. I love negotiating and closing a deal

I am a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana (REIB) and the Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC). My achievements include previously being awarded Goldclub Agent status and have also achieved the National Agent of the Year Award and Highest Sales Value Award for the Africa Region.

I have 3 children and when I am not working, I spend time with them. Whether it’s at home baking, gardening or building puzzles or out and about at the playgrounds and restaurants. I especially enjoy running or working out when not at work or with the kids.
