Hello, I’m Milan van der Watt, a fresh face in the real estate industry, full of energy and eager to build my career. After matriculating from Helpmekaar Kollege in 2023 and considering studying Urban Planning, I realized my passion lies in real estate after shadowing an estate agent. A few months as an assistant at Pam Golding in Benoni solidified my decision to become an Agent Intern.
Despite my young age, I’ve spent years searching for the perfect home with my family, gaining invaluable experience in viewing, staging, and selling properties. I’ve seen over a hundred homes and know firsthand how important a supportive, knowledgeable agent can be.
Though new to the industry, I bring years of customer service experience and a passion for helping people. I’m excited to assist you in finding your dream home and guiding you through the buying or selling process.
