Hi, I’m Likhanye Goniwe. I sell residential, freehold homes and clusters in Ravenswood & Everleigh. I have been an estate agent for over five years and have been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry including sales, rentals, property management and corporate relocation. I changed my career path earlier in 2019 as s I had a very keen interest in Real Estate and a love for people. I had a strong belief in the brand and its importance in our industry, but so too is the agent one selects. It is very important that all parties involved in transactions have trust and faith in the ability of the person chosen to sell or find them a home. I have unbridled enthusiasm for my work. I love houses and people and I enjoy pairing the two, enabling buyers to fulfil their dreams and aspirations. It is important to be upbeat in a difficult industry; both buyers and sellers need to know that you are excited, positive and determined to meet their requirements. When I am not working, I enjoy the outdoors and spending quality time with my family as there are my inspiration and drive to always give my best in everything I do and I am a dedicated mother and wife and a daughter to my loving Parents and siblings.
