I am Una and I've been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2003. I specialise in residential letting in Melkbosstrand. I hold an Estate Agents Fidelity Fund certificate and have recently completed my NQF4 and am waiting for my certificate.
I have lived on and off in Melkbosstrand for the past 60 years. Since my childhood days, I have been part of this town. I have more than a decade's experience in letting properties on behalf of landlords. Melkbosstrand has developed tremendously over the past 3-4 decades and I am very blessed to have been part of all these happenings.
My motto is to ensure that the Landlord gets a good return on his investment - therefore I have to place the best tenant in his house who can afford the lifestyle and pay regularly the full rent. I understand the importance of finding my tenants a place they can call home, and find the Landlords the perfect tenant who will look after their valuable investment and pay the rent on time.
When I'm not assisting tenants and landlords, I grow vegetables in the Garden of Hope for charity.
