Prior to working in the real estate industry I was a Stud Cattle Breeder in the Vryburg district where I farmed for 30 years. In this time I was a council member of the Bonsmara Cattle Breeders Society as well as serving a term as Vice President. During these years I gained a lot of experience in the marketing of Stud Stock and spearheaded many marketing strategies, I then relocated to Bloemfontein where I spent 3 years as a consultant in the Stud Cattle Breeding industry. Since joining Pam Golding Properties I have completed my NQF4 qualification in real estate and attended many training sessions that have equipped me to be a professional in the real estate market. My marketing started with residential homes in the Dan Pienaar suburb as well as the marketing of commercial farms in the Bloemfontein district. Through market research in the Dan Pienaar area I was able to acquire a thorough knowledge that enabled me to help both sellers and buyers make informed decisions when buying or selling their homes. At the end of 2014 I shifted my focus to the marketing of townhouses in the Langenhovenpark suburb with my partner Maria at Pam Golding. This venture has enabled me to gain valuable insight into a broader spectrum of the property market. My passion is to understand the relevant market dynamics and work together with you as a seller or buyer, with trust and integrity, giving you valuable information and total commitment so that you can achieve your dream when buying or selling your home. When I’m not assisting my client I enjoy spending time at home or playing some golf with friends as well as being involved with my family in our Christian Fellowship.
