Hi, I’m Ingrid Fourie and I have been in real estate since May 2016. I specialise in finding your dream home or the ultimate renovation project in Bayswater, Bloemfontein. I am an excellent communicator and make sure consistent feedback is given.
I entered the real estate market joining Pam Golding Properties Bloemfontein in May 2016 and am currently in the process of completing my NQF4. Being a family person myself, I love working in the Bayswater area, that still gives the traditional suburban living feel, where neighbours know each other and kids run in the streets. I absolutely love going the extra mile for my clients and being part of their house hunting journey. This kind of job satisfaction is what drives me.
I also hold a National Diploma in Interior Design. Property is my passion and along with my interior design background, I can help with finding you a beautiful house or advising on the potential any property has.
Being a real estate agent gives me the opportunity to live out my creativity. I have a passion for people and enjoy the interaction and relationship building with my clients who trust me as I always have their best interests at heart. Whether it is a buyer or a seller, I do my utmost to deliver customer satisfaction and concentrate on each clients’ specific needs.
When I am not looking for new stock, taking out clients or negotiating offers, I love spending time with my family and friends. My toddler is the centre of our house and the light in our eyes. We are very social and spend a lot of time with friends, enjoy the outdoors, walking the dogs and taking long drives in the countryside.
