Hello, I am Hjalmar and I am your property consultant for Pam Golding Properties. I specialise in residential property sales in Big Bay and the greater Bloubergstrand area. I hold my FETC in Real Estate, with my PPRE NQF4.

I have been in the real estate industry since 2007. I dedicate myself to my clients, providing excellent advice to both first-time buyers and repeat buyers. I like working with people, and helping them find their dream home. Moving can be a traumatic experience, whether you are taking your household two streets over, or moving across the country. I endeavour to make the process as hassle-free as possible.

In my spare time, I am usually out on our beautiful ocean along the Cape coastline, either kiting, surfing or diving.
