Hi, I am Rose and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2015. I specialise in residential sales in Bethulie, Smithfield, Springfontein, Gariep, Trompsburg, Edenburg and Phillippolis. I have a very diverse list of properties currently on my books, ranging from vacant erf’s, commercial and residential properties to smallholdings. I have lived in Bethulie since 2008, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to live. I specialise in several surrounding towns, each with their own unique qualities.
Living and working in this beautiful town allows me to share all my insights with new and potential residents. It is an honour to show them all there is to love about living in the country. I thrive on the Country Lifestyle and all it has to offer – safe outdoors environments, confidently going for walks with my dogs through the surrounding koppies, around the Bethulie Dam, and of course the iconic Gariep Dam. We are privileged to have the largest dam in South African right here on our doorstep!
