Hello there.

I am Caroline and I have been in the property industry since 2005. My first choice has always been Pam Golding Properties. I love being part of the PGP family. Being able to meet new people and satisfy their property needs really does give me a buzz. I love seeing what owners have done to their homes to put their “stamp” on it. Being part of the Pam Golding family and having the privilege to meet Pam herself and also Andrew Golding are highlights of my time at Pam Golding Properties.

I am proud at being part of Pam Golding Properties East Rand under our super CEO, Nelson Ferreira. He really is an inspiring leader and invests a huge amount into the growth and well-being of his agents.

I specialise in residential and complex sales in and around Benoni, but focus on listing in Rynfield. I am fully qualified and hold my FETC: Real Estate, PPRE and Setional Title STSR (UCT) qualification. I live in Rynfield and love the suburb with its wide, tree-lined streets, large gardens and easy accessibility to superb schools and facilities.

It is an honour to show potential new residents through the suburb, and share all there is to offer in the area. Living and working in the same area has plenty of advantages, as I have a wealth of knowledge around the local property market and trends. This insight aids my clients in making an informed property decision. My sales performance, enthusiasm and professionalism have been acknowledged by Pam Golding Properties nationally with Gold Club status & also being a Pam Golding Properties Elite Agent which equates to being one of the top achievers in Sales and Service within the Pam Golding Group.

Outside of Pam Golding Properties I love spending time immersed in Nature & enjoy going to the bush.  I have a very naughty wire haired fox terrier, who I have to keep finding in Rynfield when he escapes! And I'm the person who had the cockeral which cock-a-doodle-doo'd in the morning.  I pride myself on loving, living and breathing my suburbs as well as knowing what is happening, enabling me to give fair and accurate advice to clients.
