Hi, I’m Elisme and I am the Principal of Witbank, Middleburg, Dullstroom and Lydenburg. I was born and bred on the High Field of Mpumalanga. My childhood footprints are all over and therefore I can offer any client or agent my shared knowledge of this beautiful part of South Africa. I have 19 years’ experience in the real estate business and have successfully completed my NQF5 in real estate. In my spare time I enjoy walking, camping and going on a safari. My client’s wellbeing is the most important thing to me and word of mouth is your best advertising. As an agent I received the honours of getting the highest recognition, Gold Club status. That shows my dedication and hard work. We achieved 15 million in sales for the Middelburg office and 14 million for Witbank and Dullstroom. We are most proud of these sales. I love to see a client’s dream come true and strive to get loyal and satisfied sellers and buyers and make them clients for life.

We had fund raising for the under privileged for the Mashishing school, where we planted trees and had a colouring competition. We also had a street store with clothes to choose from at the home for Epileptic people. I will never forget, one girl said it was the first time in her life, that she could choose her own clothes. At the cancer fund raising we had a “Potjie kos” competition which we won 4 times in a row. In Witbank we had a street braai to feed the street children and in Belfast we organized the Tulip and Trout festival to raise funds for the Old Age home.

Prior to Pam Golding I was a teacher for 14 years where I was the Vice Principal for the junior phase. I have also worked for Sanlam where I achieved the highest qualification as Senior Financial Advisor and qualified as Branch Manager. This gave me exposure to the financial world and how to budget and do proper financial planning for a client. The highest recognition at Sanlam to marketers is the COMCAMP achievement and I’m proud to say that I received this every year. My Sanlam branch was awarded the branch with the highest turnover. I saw the world with Sanlam and learnt to respect people.

In real estate having respect and being professional is a valuable asset to have. I enjoy helping a client buy a property and making their dreams come true. We have achieved Best Franchise Office in Pam Golding Properties and we achieved this through team work. It took a lot of leadership to direct everybody to work towards a goal. We had continues training sessions to uplift agents and to get them to serve our clients at a professional level. One on one session’s with 60 staff members helps getting them on the same level of quality service.
