Hi, I am Yolande, and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in sectional title and free standing residential property sales in Senderwood, St Andrews, Linksfield, Linksfield North, and Linksfield Ridge. I hold my NQF4 in Real Estate along with my Bachelor of Primary Education. I taught Junior Primary and Nursery School children for 14 years before joining my mother, Jeanette Grunes, in selling homes. Jeanette and I have been working together as a partnership with Pam Golding Properties for 11 years. I grew up in St Andrews, one of the areas in which we sell, and fondly remember going with my mom to her appointments with clients in my school uniform. It’s no wonder I have chosen to join forces with her.
Together, Jeanette and I, make a powerful team; we are energetic, sensitive to our clients’ needs and embrace challenges. We are passionate about people. Working and learning from my mother, who is a doyen in the property market, has been a huge benefit for my career. Her knowledge and experience has paved our way to providing a professional service to our client base. I am a driven, sensitive individual. I love people and thrive on my ability to assist families and individuals in making their property purchasing decision. The matchmaking process is exciting and challenging, and keeps me on my toes. Negotiating price goals is another exciting and challenging experience for me.
A highlight for me, is reselling homes and working with old clients to help them with their growing property needs. We have often sold a townhouse to a young married couple as their first home, then as their family grows, we are afforded the opportunity to resell their townhouse and assist them in finding a larger home. My commitment over the years has rewarded me with Gold Club Status. I have sold properties ranging from R1 million to R9.5 million. I have achieved highest price in Linksfield. I enjoy entertaining family and friends. My favourite past time is attending the gym with my children and learning Ballroom and Latin American dancing with my daughter.
