Good day, I am Mandy Mitoulis and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since April 2011. I specialise in residential property sales in Sea Point, Green Point & De Waterkant. When I’m not doing that I enjoy walking my dogs on the promenade and spending time with my family.
I pride myself on a professional approach to my work and my clients. I am not afraid of hard work and enjoy a challenge. I have been in real estate since 2004 selling residential properties in the City Bowl and Atlantic Seaboard and I have an intricate knowledge of my area. My real estate qualifications are up to date, I hold my Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE).
I love my career in real estate because there is never a dull moment and each day is like starting fresh. Every property is unique as is every property owner and buyer.
When I am not working I love spending time with my family at our home in Green Point or at our holiday home in Clanwilliam. You can usually find me working in the garden or reading a good book while soaking up some sun.
