Hi, I am James I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in residential property rentals and sales on the Atlantic Seaboard.
I joined Pam Golding 17 years ago after spending the first 15 years of my working career as a self-employed professional fishing maverick. I started my career in Fly-fishing in its boom time and was involved in all aspects of the industry/lifestyle. I owned a fly-fishing retail store, facilitated corporate team building events, owned two Tuna boats and ended up guiding the rich and famous of the world in unique and exclusive destinations all over the world.
Seventeen years ago I had my first of two children and the adventure had to stop. However what I had learnt through all my years of travel and dealing with tricky clients, variable conditions, and uncontrollable circumstances was that I had all developed the basic skill sets to tackle the real estate business.
I have since completed my NQF4 and PDE and enjoyed the privilege of managing the Pam Golding Atlantic Seaboard portfolio now for 17 years. This Portfolio includes V&A Marina all the way through to Camps Bay, inclusive of Clifton, Bantry Bay, Fresnaye, Mouille Point and all areas in between. This area has consistently produced some of our highest lets with a property achieving over R250 000 pm. I'm currently involed in selling free-standing homes in the Bantry Bay and Fresnaye area. In my first year with Pam Golding. I have achieved GoldClub Elite status for the past ten years as well as Emerald Circle Elite status for the last six years.
What I enjoy about the business is that no two people or Properties are the same. As an agent you are responsible for managing a lot of emotional investment and reward when you finalise an agreement with both parties being elated with the result, success becomes a beautiful thing!
