Hi, I’m Iain Konkol and I specialise in sectional title sales along the Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town.
Prior to embarking on my career in real estate, I worked at a reputable Telecommunication company. I am an enthusiastic commerce management graduate and hold a BComm: Management Sciences (Majors – Marketing and Entrepreneurship) degree from the University of Stellenbosch.
I also hold my relevant Real Estate Qualifications: Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate (NQF 4); National Certificate: Real Estate (NQF 5); BComm, PPRE (Professional Practitioner in Real Estate). In addition to this, I have also obtained Information Technology accreditations from my previous place of employment.
I specialise and sell sectional title properties along the Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town in areas namely: De Waterkant, Green Point, Three Anchor Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye and Bantry Bay. What I love about real estate is the diversity of people that you meet along the way, the rewarding feeling you get when finding someone their dream home and also the thrill in doing so. The sky is the limit in real estate – it is all up to you!
When I am not selling real estate, I like to live an active lifestyle outdoors and living along the Atlantic Seaboard there is no shortage of things to do! My favourite activities include running along the Lion’s Head trail routes and Promenade, surfing, jet skiing, boating and cycling. I also enjoy motorcycles and love cruising on Sunday’s!
