I am Pam.
One of a kind.
I’m Chloe Durr, a specialist real estate agent focused on the prestigious Fresnaye and Bantry Bay areas of Cape Town.
I grew up between Johannesburg, London and Cape Town - an upbringing shaped by travel, culture and diverse perspectives. This instilled in me a natural openness, discipline, creativity, and strong family values that continue to underpin both my personal and professional life.
After completing my schooling I returned to Cape Town - home to my family for generations - to complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UCT’s Michaelis School of Fine Art. This creative foundation, combined with an entrepreneurial drive, has shaped a career that bridges both business and the arts.
A businesswoman by nature and an artist at heart, I have launched and operated several ventures, developing strong capabilities in sales, negotiation, marketing and brand positioning. Alongside this, my work as a humanitarian and documentary photographer, as well as in journalism, has given me a deep understanding of people, psychology, and the power of authentic connection.
Real estate was a natural progression. Following in the footsteps of my grandfather, one of the founders of Durr Estates, I bring both heritage and fresh perspective to the industry. Having worked alongside leading Emerald Circle agents in Cape Town, I have refined my appreciation for exceptional homes, architecture, design, and the nuances of the high-end property market.
Now working with James Warne on the Atlantic Seaboard, I combine my creative insight with a results-driven, relationship-focused approach. I am fortunate to maintain strong personal and professional networks in both Johannesburg and London, many of whom are increasingly drawn to Cape Town, allowing me to connect buyers and sellers in a meaningful and often strategic way.
My approach is grounded in trust, discretion and performance. I value long-term relationships, clear communication and a deeply personalised service. Emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to my clients ensure that each transaction is handled with care and precision.
Outside of real estate, I remain deeply connected to the creative world, immersed in art, theatre and music, while also challenging myself physically through marathon training, boxing and time spent in nature.
Real estate is ultimately about people and relationships. I would welcome the opportunity to connect and assist you with your property journey on the Atlantic Seaboard.
