Bridget Shiffer

There are not many agents that work in such a beautiful area as I do – When I walk my dog on the Mouille Point prom in the early mornings, I look around and realise how lucky I am to call this strip my ‘hood’!

I have been in the property industry since 2003 – I am a good listener and have developed a flair for matching properties with buyers needs in order to find the perfect match for them!  I build relationships with my clients that last beyond the current sale and continue long term so that they will come back to me

Being an estate agent requires finely-honed people skills – we are obliged to fairly and truthfully represent both the seller as well as the purchaser. It is crucial to acknowledge my client’s needs and find a suitable property for their unique requirements. One has to be hard-working, dedicated, and driven to succeed – real estate involves long hours, often after normal working hours and over weekends.

Because of this, my favourite form of relaxation is to be quiet in my own home reading and relaxing with my family!

Live Remarkable.

“I recently purchased an apartment in the CBD through Bridget. This was my third property transaction and by far the smoothest and most professional. I felt that Bridget balanced dual responsibility to the purchaser and seller excellently. She kept me timeously informed of all matters and dealt with challenges thoroughly. I recommend her highly. ”

“Apart from her professionalism and friendly, positive approach, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Bridget has been most accommodating and helpful and took decisive action when there were hiccups along the way, not of her or my making.”
