I am Pam.
One of a kind.
Hi, I’m Sue Petzer. My family has been part of the Athlone Park and Amanzimtoti community since 1980, and I have called this area home for most of my life. I raised my son here and have always had a strong connection to the people, properties and community that make Amanzimtoti such a special place.
My career in real estate began in 1983, with a short break to start my own family. I joined Pam Golding Properties in 2005 and have specialised in residential property in Amanzimtoti and the surrounding coastal areas ever since. I hold a Diploma in Property Practice and a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate.
My area of expertise stretches from Athlone Park through Amanzimtoti and Warner Beach to Winklespruit, where I work with clients buying and selling family homes, holiday homes and investment properties. One of my greatest strengths is my extensive knowledge of the local property market, its history and the communities within it.
I love the fact that Amanzimtoti is a relatively close-knit community. Over the years, many of my clients have become friends, and a significant part of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. I believe this is a reflection of the relationships I have built through years of working and being actively involved in the community.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy yoga, jogging, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of our beautiful local beaches. I am also involved in my church and community outreach programmes.
I enjoy helping people with their property decisions, and after all these years, I can honestly say that I still love selling property. Being part of the Pam Golding Properties brand and the Amanzimtoti community is something I value enormously.
