When I am not working I love yoga, jogging and generally spending time with my family and friends. My family has been in Athlone Park, Amanzimtoti since 1980 and I raised my son here. I learnt a lot about real estate from my parents who were involved in the industry and in our community. I got into the real estate industry in 1983, apart from a short time out to start my own family. One of my main strengths is the thorough knowledge that I have of the properties, the inhabitants and the history of my area.
I joined Pam Golding Properties in 2005 and have been a top agent since. I have a Diploma in Property Practice and a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate. I love Amanzimtoti and being part of a relatively small community. Being part of a close community makes real estate fun and different. My area stretches from Athlone Park to Illovo Beach, encompassing Amanzimtoti, Warner Beach and Winklespruit.
We have residential homes and holiday homes where someone is always upgrading or downscaling, buying a holiday home or an investment. Each day brings something new and I love getting involved with my clients who usually become my friends. The extensive sphere of influence that I have built up through my years of active involvement in our community, results in a good portion of my sales coming from repeat business and referrals from previous clients and current friends.
Although I work long hours, I am actively involved in my community, both in my church and in outreach programs. I am physically fit and active, doing yoga or jogging and spending time with family and friends on the lovely beaches that we have here in “Toti”. I enjoy life, my community, my family and I enjoy being part of the Pam Golding Properties brand. I especially enjoy selling property! This is what makes me successful.
