One of a kind.
My name is Nicole Mariemuthoo, and I joined the Pam Golding Properties Amanzimtoti Green Team in April 2021 as a Candidate Property Practitioner. I was honoured to receive the KwaZulu-Natal Rookie of the Year Award in my category, and achieved Pam Golding Properties Gold Club Status just 10 months after entering the real estate industry.
Before real estate, I worked in the corporate environment, where I developed a strong understanding of professionalism and working with people from all walks of life. Today, I am passionate about property and genuinely love helping my clients achieve their home and property goals. Seeing the joy on a client’s face when their property journey comes together is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
I am a people person with a bubbly personality, and I believe my natural compassion and empathy are a big part of what drew me to real estate. I take pride in every transaction and value professionalism, regular feedback and clear communication throughout the process.
My focus is on the Greater Durban South Basin, with a particular focus on Amanzimtoti and the surrounding coastal areas. I am grateful to be part of the inspiring Pam Golding Properties team and to have built my career in a community I genuinely enjoy working in.
