Hi, my name is Mari Langeveldt, and I have been part of Pam Golding Properties since 2010. During my time in the industry, I have experienced many changes in real estate while continuing to grow my knowledge and understanding of the residential property market.
I am originally from Centurion, Gauteng. When my husband was transferred to KwaZulu-Natal, our family quickly fell in love with the area, its lifestyle and the tranquillity that comes with living in a coastal town. Today, I am proud to call the area home and to work in the communities that I have grown to know and appreciate.
I specialise in residential property sales in Athlone Park, Amanzimtoti, Doon Heights, Doonside, Warner Beach and Illovo Beach. I work with a wide range of homeowners and property investors and enjoy helping clients make informed decisions throughout their property journey.
I believe in providing professional, ethical and responsible service, while still bringing a personal approach to every client relationship. I listen carefully to my clients’ requirements and use my experience and resources to help make their property journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Being an active member of the community is also very important to me. I enjoy supporting individuals and families who need assistance and contribute to various NGOs and worthy organisations. I believe in growing with our community, giving back and making a positive difference where I can.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy walking, going to the gym and spending time with my family. My husband and I particularly enjoy our morning walks along the Promenade, where we get to enjoy the beautiful coastal surroundings while catching up on the day ahead.
