With 26 years of experience in real estate, I have built my career around providing professional, knowledgeable and personal service to my clients. I am a Full Status Property Practitioner based at Pam Golding Properties Amanzimtoti, with extensive experience in residential property sales and a deep understanding of the local property market.
I spent 18 years selling real estate in the Yellowwood Park community, where I developed strong local knowledge and valuable experience working with buyers and sellers through all stages of their property journey. This experience has given me a solid understanding of the importance of listening to my clients, understanding their individual needs and providing honest, practical advice.
Before committing fully to real estate, I gained valuable experience working in childcare and banking. These roles helped me develop strong people skills, patience, organisation and financial awareness, all of which continue to be valuable in my work as a property practitioner.
I believe that buying or selling a property should be handled with care, clear communication and professionalism. Whether you are buying your first home, looking for a family property, selling your existing home or considering a move to Amanzimtoti or the surrounding areas, I aim to make the process as informed and straightforward as possible.
Outside of real estate, I have a passion for plants, particularly bonsai trees. I enjoy the patience and attention to detail that growing bonsais requires. I also enjoy cooking and travelling and sharing these interests with the people close to me.
