My name is Gugulethu Ntetha, commonly known as Gugu. I’m a dedicated wife, mother, and foster mother, as well as a gospel recording artist and worship leader. I also serve as a co-pastor at my church — roles that have shaped my deep sense of purpose, compassion, and commitment.
I began my real estate career in 2017 and have since completed my NQF4 qualification and passed the PDE4 exam. I am a fully registered agent with the PPRA and proudly represent the Pam Golding Properties brand with integrity and professionalism.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring topics such as interior design, fashion, floral art, cooking, and baking. With a background in bookkeeping, I have a keen eye for detail, which helps ensure smooth and accurate transactions for my clients.
My goal is to simplify the buying or selling process, making it as stress-free as possible while achieving the best possible outcomes. I stay up to date with industry regulations and continuously pursue training to remain informed and effective in the ever-evolving property market.
