Overview
Since 1976, Pam Golding Properties has built its reputation on one principle: putting people before property. That commitment now extends to one of the world's most coveted addresses, the heart of Paris.
Our Paris office is located in the 7th arrondissement, one of the city's most distinguished and sought-after districts. Here, Haussmann's architecture lines tree-lined boulevards, private mansions sit behind walled gardens, and the Eiffel Tower defines the skyline. The left bank of the Seine places residents within reach of St Germain des Prés, Le Bon Marché, the Lutétia hotel, and a cultural legacy that stretches from Picasso and Chagall to Hemingway.
Our Territory
We operate primarily across the 6th, 7th, and 15th arrondissements, with additional mandates in the 16th and along the Côte d'Azur, as well as country houses outside Paris.
Our portfolio ranges from compact studios and investor grade apartments to spacious family residences and ultra luxury private mansions, with entry points from €345,000 and larger properties well into the millions.
For International Buyers
France places no restrictions on foreign nationals purchasing residential property. A French bank account and valid identification are all that is required. Our bilingual team guides every client through the full acquisition process, from initial search through to financing and completion.
Our Team
The Paris office is led by Séverin Brunelle, who brings over 25 years of real estate experience across France and Canada, with deep expertise in serving international clients. He is joined by Fabrice Brackman, who has 23 years in the Parisian market and deep roots in the local community.
