Milnerton was the first suburb to emerge over 100 years ago when it was decided to build a “Greater Cape Town”. A favoured weekend beach break for hard-working Cape Townians. Not much has changed over the decades. The white sandy bay, watched over by Table Mountain, is still the first choice for residence and holidaymakers alike. Sunny days in Milnerton (of which there are plenty) can be spent on the beach, enjoying the relaxing shore or surfing waves with an international reputation as some of the best in the world.

Suited to families and business people alike, property for sale in Milnerton strikes an appealing balance between convenience and lifestyle. Milnerton properties offer excellent value for money. Many homes provide ample space for kids to play. If you’re not after a family-sized home, you can always opt for a smaller townhouse. Working professionals tend to favour flats to rent in Milnerton due to the lock-up and go convenience along with easy access to nearby business centres and the CBD. No matter where you settle, property in Milnerton offers a reprieve from city living with magnificent views of, Table Mountain, Robben Island and Cape Town Centre.

“Established family suburb, 15 minutes from the Cape Town CBD.”
