Fourways is a fast developing residential and commercial area in the north of Sandton, Johannesburg. It is seen as one of the most promising areas in Johannesburg, maintaining an ever-present bustle of activity. This neighbourhood offers a wide variety of properties for the discerning buyer – ranging from small apartments to large expansive properties, for sale or rent. With much to do within the suburb and surrounding areas, in addition to its desirable position, Fourways is an area of real estate interest for many buyers.

The Fourways district encompasses eight individual suburbs – Magaliessig, Norscot, Greater Fourways, Norscot Slopes, Lonehill, Beverley, Craigavon and Broadacres – as well as three estates – Cedar Lakes, Fourways Gardens and Dainfern.  Before it became known as Fourways, the area was little more than a game farm with a small holding of residences belonging to the Eriksen family. The area originally consisted of 605 acres and the originally built property was named the Norscot Manor. Today it forms part of a recreation centre that features a library and art gallery.  The name Fourways originated from the four-way stop where William Nicol Drive and Witkoppen Road met. The name is now expressed through two four-way roundabouts situated on Kingfisher Drive.

Pam Golding Properties has the expertise and experience to meet every buyer’s needs, having been present in Johannesburg real estate, and particularly Fourways property, for many successful years.
