Our latest brand campaign centres around the concept of Remarkable Human Properties. This evolution of our Live Remarkable campaign showcases our remarkable people, whose human attributes, values, and passions define our organization. Launched the new "I am…" campaign

Major sponsorship of the Main Baxter theatre - to honour the legacy of our late founder and life president, Pam Golding, and acknowledging her love of the arts, we concluded a five-year agreement pledging our support for the Baxter Theatre in Cape Town, which will see the Main 684-seater theatre renamed, The Pam Golding Theatre at The Baxter.

Awarded "Best International Real Estate Agency over 20 offices" by the International Properties Awards, judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts and open t property professionals from across the globe.

Launched the new internal Training Academy site. This initiative is part of the Pam Golding Properties continuous investment in learning and training, ensuring that our agents, managers, franchisees and staff are all supported in the journey of excellence.

Pam Golding awarded Cape Times KPMG Business Personality of the Year

As founder and chairperson of the Pam Golding Group, Pam was recognised for her contribution to the Western Cape economy and its people through training initiatives and grassroots programmes. The award looks beyond the winner's business acumen and abilities, among the criteria applied are the individual's contribution to the Western Cape, their record as an employer and their social involvement.

Recipient of the Best Real Estate Agency. Marketing South Africa 5-star award.

Pam Golding is the first female recipient of the Business Leader Award from the Afrikaans Chamber of Commerce, presented by Die Burger.

Establishment of Pam Golding Properties Zimbabwe, the first African office outside of South Africa. This network now extends to Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Mozambique and Swaziland.

Establishment of Pam Golding Properties Training Academy to meet and exceed the Professional Standards requirements.

Andrew Golding joins Pam Golding Properties as Chief Executive

When a medical doctor with no formal real estate knowledge took over the reins, it became clear that Andrew Golding had not only inherited his mother's warmth and quiet humility, but her innate business acumen.

Through Andrew's visionary leadership, Pam Golding Properties has grown from 30 to 300 offices in just over two decades. Despite its expansion, Pam Golding Properties remains a family business, first and foremost a family known for its empathy, integrity and professionalism.

1988
Opening of Johannesburg office

When Pam Golding opened the Johannesburg office, she did so with no stock and no agents. She used her charm and persuasive power to sign an exclusive mandate, followed by the placement of a bold advertisement in the Star Property Guide. Along with her brand-new listing she unashamedly invited agents who were interested in selling properties over R500 000 to meet with her.

Pam recruited six agents that day and grew the office to 26 agents in the first year, doubling in size only 18 months later.

1986
Opening our London office

Against all odds Pam Golding expanded her Cape Town office by opening another one in Belgravia's swish Motcomb Street in the heart of London.

1976
The founding of Pam Golding Properties

Pam Golding sold her first home from what was essentially a converted garage in 1976. Armed with professionalism, honesty and a steely tenacity, Pam rose above the stigma of 'an agent'. For her it was never a sales job. It was about living the part and having empathy.

She was passionate about helping people and loved saying, "I've got something for you that you would love", and getting it absolutely right. Pam's grace and integrity redefined the perception of the real estate industry in South Africa.
