Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate is a vast 1 000ha Estate near Hoedspruit. Of the 1 000ha, 350ha has been demarcated for residential development of African bush homes. Amongst the development projects are a 5 star Safari Resort and an Equestrian Centre. The balance of the Estate, comprising of 650ha of land, is left as an untouched Wilderness area where residents may enjoy game drives, horse rides, cycling, walking, jogging or a sunset picnic.

There are 200 stands that make up the Bush & Aero Estate, of which 38 stands are specific Aero stands located along the 1 000m hard surfaced runway. These stands give you the option of building your own hangar next to your home, enabling you to arrive at your property in your own plane and hangar it right next your bush home.

Martin den Dunnen's Martin Projects, originated in Pretoria, in 1990. In 1992, with projects in both Hoedspruit and Pretoria, a name change to Property Projects was effected. The one man business fast grew into a reputable, reliable building company within the greater Hoedspruit area, specialising in new homes, bush homes & lodges. The first development came with the total infrastructure contract for the Sanctuary Development in Vilanculos, Mozambique and the building of Dugong Lodge. When Raptors' View Wildlife Estate was launched in 2000, Property Projects was ready for the challenge and by 2004 had built approximately 60% of all houses on the Estate. Martin was also involved in the design, finance & construction aspects of the Kamogelo Tourism Centre, completed in 2005. 2005 also saw Property Projects' first Sectional title development being undertaken to stimulate the affordable housing market in Hoedspruit - this was named Khayagelo Village and is renowned for its healthy returns on investment. 2006 the Fort Coepieba Motel was demolished to make way for 93 sectional apartments & 2 new business complexes, Sunset Bay & Sunset View, one of which boasts Hoedspruit's first and only lift! With Zandspruit Estates Development in progress, along with partner Gerrit Jan van der Grijn, the business amalgamated under one Zandspruit umbrella. Property Projects was dissolved in February 2009 and Zandspruit Construction was launched in March 2009. In addition to the ongoing residential building activities, several civil works' contracts were also completed in 2009, i.e. reconstruction of the causeway across the Sandspruit rivier on Raptor's View and excavation and leveling of the Zandspruit airstrip. Gerrit Jan's speciality lies in civil construction and project management.
