Carré Voltaire, situated within a quarter called Kielgan-Viertel, is located within close proximty to a number of attractions in the Berlin-Schöneberg district. This project was developed by architect firm Klaus Theo Brenner and associated partners, they specialize in developing intelligent and holistic concepts of city architecture which strongly relates to the location and planning of the development. The traditional building is situated on the corner of Kurfürstenstraße and Else- Lasker-Schüler-Straße, and is known for its distinctive rounded corners and dominant red facebrick. Carré Voltaire consists of 127 exclusive apartments, all of the units have large windows which face either the courtyard or the landscaped garden.
