** Booked from the 15th December until the 8th January 2022 ** ** Availability during the year at a rate of R3800pn ** This modern, stylish tiled roof home is centrally situated in the village, with the main beach just 100m away. Bathed in sun all day long, the open plan living area flows effortlessly onto the huge deck/entertainment area and low maintenance, pretty garden. The lounge/dining area has expansive, quality stacker-doors onto the deck and covered BBQ area, ideal for casual entertaining and evening sundowners. The kitchen is rustic and modern with a central eating counter. The scullery is cleverly tucked out of sight from the living area. On the ground floor is a well-sized bedroom with double doors onto the sunny deck. The bathroom is across the passage and has a lovely spacious shower. The passage also has a separate guest toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (main en-suite) as well as an area that could be used as office space/sleeping area for an extra guest. Beautiful sea view from the main bedroom, which also has its own well-sized, tiled balcony. A separate garden cottage consists of a large bedroom (fifth) and en-suite with a shower. Plenty of space to add a sleeper couch or arrange comfortable sofas. There is a tranquil, shaded enclave under the milkwood's to chill and read, and escape the heat of the midday sun.
