This Southern portion is located near the Urban edge of Du Rust and is well improved with about 74 hectares of irrigated lands with a water entitlement of 73.78 (476 396m³) of servitude water, this water is channeled for five days of a sixteen-day cycle into two storage dams. These lands are irrigated either by pivot, permaset, sprinklers, or drip with crops such as onion seed, tobacco, and lucerne along with Ostrich farming. Buildings include a 400m² main dwelling that is divided into two sections along with garaging, a store that doubles up as a cold room. There is staff accommodation along with some tobacco drying facilities (2000m²) wooden framed shed under corrugated iron another 937m² and an additional 978m² shed. There are numerous other Ostrich shelters.
