The Farm is situated in Northern Province in the government designated kalungwishi Farm Block in Lunte District of Zambia. The Kalungwishi Farm Block is one of the largest farm blocks in the county. The farm is easily accessible by road. it is approximately 210 km from the Mpulungu harbor/port, which gives the farm access to the Great Lakes region of Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Uganda.
The farm consists of virgin land with one side bordering a 7-kilometer stream that has a picturesque river stream and beautiful rapids. There are other two streams within the farm and large portion of fertile arable suitable for crop husbandry.
The farm also has grass and vegetation near the streams and water rapids making the farm attractive for cattle ranching.
