**Booked from the 27th December 2020 to the 10th January 2021** A magnificent home available for the holidays! Situated within a gated estate on the canals tenants can enjoy a large communal green and beach area within the grounds. This stunning five-bedroom property has a gated entrance with plenty of parking space. On entering the property you are welcomed by a spacious entrance with large windows that look out onto the canal side of the property. Left of the entrance and down a corridor is an open plan kitchen that has a fresh country feel. The kitchen has a small scullery to the back with access to the courtyard. The kitchen area is spacious with high ceilings. Through the kitchen is a sliding door that leads into a bright dining area that opens out onto the canal facing deck. Going back to the main entrance there is a guest toilet and access into one side of the garage. Inside the garage is a free standing fridge, a chest freezer, a washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is room for storage in the garage but there isn't room for a car. The other side of the garage is locked and does not come as part of the rental. Back to the entrance again and turning right down the passage leads you into the spacious and beautifully appointed TV lounge with large windows looking out onto the canal.
