** Available for a minimum of 3 weeks in December 2023 ** Situated in Cape St Francis and approx. 1km from the beach, with direct access to the nature reserve, walking trails, and rocky coastline. Cape St Francis is known for its pristine beach and the surrounding reserve ecosystem with lots of walking and bike trails. Cape St Francis is also home to the tallest masonry lighthouse in Southern Africa which was built in 1878. This exquisite home has a lot of unobstructed glass and stacking doors that allow the outside to become a part of the inside with the ultimate, ever-changing, postcard-perfect views. On entering the property, you are welcomed and wowed by the large, open plan, designer living areas which consist of a bar with a study at the back, dining area, pool table, TV lounge, and kitchen. The bar and dining area open on either side allowing airflow on those hot summer days, light, and spacious areas for entertaining. The kitchen with a center island with seating is fully equipped with a spacious scullery and pantry to the back. The TV lounge and bar both have televisions with access to Netflix. There is a built-in braai and preparation facility on the inland side of the home. There is a Weber kettle braai on the sea-facing alcove and a normal upright braai allowing guests to braai in all types of weather and wind! On the ground floor there are two sizeable en-suite bedrooms and a separate guest toilet. The master bedroom has large, mirrored wardrobes, American security shutters and a spacious en-suite bathroom with free standing bath, large walk-in shower, and double basin. Here you can lay in bed, watch tv or read a book whilst watching and listening to the ocean. On the first floor there is a second TV lounge with sliding door access onto a balcony where you can witness more of the sublime views of the ocean and reserve. Watching the sunset from the deck is nothing short of magical. Two bedrooms are situated at the back of the lounge, one with a shower bathroom and one with a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space. The fifth bedroom is accessed via the courtyard at the back of the kitchen. This bedroom is private so ideal for additional guest and has its own en-suite shower bathroom.
