** Available up until the morning of the 27th December 2024 ** Cape St Francis is known for its surrounding beauty, pristine beach, immaculate and well-maintained reserve trails/ bike tracks, and is also home to South Africa's tallest Masonry lighthouse. Here is your chance to be in the heart of this little coastal town with constant entertainment from your stoep. This super little sea cottage is situated on the Wildside, within walking distance to the village shops, lighthouse, restaurant, rock pools, and shelly beaches. The main house has an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. There is access to either side of the property with the garden, outside rooms, and two build-in braai areas to the back, and glass stacking doors that fully open out onto the front ocean side veranda. Three bedrooms branch off from the open-plan living space, each with its own en-suite shower. Outside of the main house is a separate double room and shower bathroom with an additional outdoor shower. There is no television or wi-fi connection at this property.
